I hope you plan more trips in the future -- I LOVED it! Layne is so knowledgable and warm. It was clear how much passion and thoughtfulness she put into this trip and it really showed by how wonderful and smoothly everything went. Both the professionalism and warmth made it less intimidating to sign up for the trip by myself. I loved that each day was a different activity. My favorites were pasta-making, olive oil tasting, wine tasting, mozzarella-making and everything we did at the masseria. This trip was amazing! I loved traveling through Puglia with other dietitians and learning all about food, nutrition and culture. Everyday was a wonderful culinary adventure. Abby Rapaport
