Reggie Fleck, RD: “The best continuing education activity of my career.” Puglia 2017 Culinary Travel

This experience was awesome – the beauty of the scenery, the warmth of the people, the tastefulness and healthfulness of the food. Also experiencing the slow food movement and Mediterranean diet in a setting in which it is a part of everyday life. It was hands down the best continuing education activity of my career. I’m looking forward to a similar experience in Sicily.
