Passion for Puglia was an amazing trip which provides a once in a lifetime experience for Registered Dietitian Nutritionists or for anyone who has a passion for food in the beautiful country of Italy.  The region of Puglia provides a rich, cultural look into the Mediterranean diet.  Each day allowed hands on education with the locals who were warm and friendly extending their knowledge to us.  We touched, tasted and ate beautiful food, made from locally grown ingredients.  We forged new friendships amongst our group learning from each other and how to take the Pugliese experience home with us.  Passion for Puglia was really a fabulous experience and would recommend it thoroughly.
