Ingredients (choose organic):
10 ounces low fat plain kefir
1 medium banana, diced
1 nectarine, pitted and diced
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 handful of baby spinach
Place all ingredients in a Vitamixer or blender and combine until smooth. Serves 2.
