Healthy Trail Mix Recipe

This high-energy snack is great when you need something quick. Eat it alone or add it to your favorite yogurt. This will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup organic raw cashews
  • 1 cup organic raisins or date pieces
  • ¾ cup organic, unsalted dry-roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup organic shredded coconut

Utensils:

  • large bowl
  • airtight container

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
